SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Revised Net Energy for Load used in the calculation of the ERO Fee

DAY AFFECTED:  May 15, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION:  As a result of three Load Serving Entities (LSEs) exiting the ERCOT Market, the LSE Net Energy for Load shares for calendar year 2010 have been revised. The calendar year 2010 shares will be used to calculate the Electric Reliability Organization (ERO) Fees for calendar year 2012.

The ERO Fee Assessment LSE Share Report is posted on the Market Information System (MIS), under Data Aggregation Reports and Extracts (Certified) – LSE, at https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Market+Information/Data+Aggregation. 

The attached ERO Fee Assessment and Collection Guide can be used as a reference document on the process.
