SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT Energy Saver Mobile Application – Additional Information

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has launched the ERCOT Energy Saver Mobile Application. This app is now available in both the Apple and Google app markets for free download for iPhone and Android phones (see links below). The initial version includes current system operating conditions, conservation tips and an overview of ERCOT. When ERCOT is experiencing high demand and conservation is critical, users will receive real time consumer friendly conservation notification messages paired with the Energy Emergency Alert (EEA) notification messages on their devices, if they choose to turn on the alerts functionality.

Pass the word on to those who can help make a difference conserving during peak hours of 15:00 – 19:00 CPT throughout the summer.
