SHORT DESCRIPTION: Revised CRR Activity Calendar

INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRR Account Holders

DAY AFFECTED: July 12, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION: The Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Activity Calendar has been revised as a result of the ERCOT Board passing Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 453, Separation of Year 1 and Year 2 of the Annual CRR Auctions by Timing. The CRR Activity Calendar for the remainder of 2012 has been updated to reflect the following changes:

The separation of the auction dates for each annual auction within the 2013 two-year Annual CRR Auction;
The 2014 Annual Pre-Assigned CRR (PCRR) Allocation has moved from August 2012 to October 2012;
The monthly auction dates for the remainder of 2012 remain unchanged.

Note that ERCOT will post the 2013 annual auction results as soon as they are ready. A Market Notice will be sent when the annual auction results are posted for each of the two auctions.
