SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Public dashboards and displays impacted by server application error

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  July 5, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to a server application error, the Public dashboards on ERCOT.com and the Market Information System (MIS) and the Public displays on ERCOT.com did not refresh from 16:36 – 21:01 CDT on July 5, 2012. The dashboards and displays resumed updating with current data at the conclusion of the outage, and the interval data missed during the outage was re-populated as applicable.
