LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the 30-Minute Emergency Response Service (ERS) Pilot Contract Period of October 1, 2012, through January 31, 2013. 30-Minute ERS Resource
Identification information is due to ERCOT no later than September 4, 2012. Competitive offers and Self-Provision offers are due September 12, 2012.

https://mis.ercot.com/pps/tibco/mis/Pages/Services/Home, prior to the start of the Contract Period.
