SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details for NPRR383

INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED: August 30, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION: On August 30, 2012, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 383, Unconfirmed Trades Reports, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on September 20, 2011. NPRR383 requires ERCOT to post to the Market Information System (MIS) Certified Area any unconfirmed Capacity, Energy or Ancillary Service Trades for Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) on an hourly basis for all remaining hours of the current Operating Day and all hours of the next Operating Day.

The Unconfirmed Trades Reports will be located on the Markets/Real-Time Market landing page in the Unconfirmed Trades portlet on the MIS.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
