DAY AFFECTED:  August 4, 2012 from 08:00 to 09:17
DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an outage of MarkeTrak from 08:00 to 09:17 on Saturday, August 4, 2012. The Saturday SLA for MarkeTrak is 08:00 – 12:00. Therefore, the outage impacted the SLA from 08:00 – 09:17.
The root cause of the outage was a database issue.  The database issue has been resolved, and MarkeTrak is up and fully functional.
