SHORT DESCRIPTION:   AMS data not loading or reporting
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAYS AFFECTED:  Approximately 14:00 September 14, 2012 to 10:00 September 17, 2012
LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT was not loading or reporting (i.e., sending out activity reports) on any AMS data.
The backlog of files has been processed and Interval Data LSE Activity reports have been generated and posted to MIS for those TDSPs affected.
ADDITIONAL DATA: The root cause was due a failover performed late Friday, September 14, 2012. An appworx loading controller was set to inactive and was not set back to active. Data loading for these files has been resumed. Steps are being taken to identify this event in the future.
Note that as a result of today’s high data load volume, the AMS Supplemental Extracts for Thursday, September 20, 2012 may be impacted with longer than normal run times and larger file sizes.
