INTENDED AUDIENCE: All CRs DAY AFFECTED: 00:00 September 19, 2012 and 12:30 September 21, 2012 LONG DESCRIPTION: Due to a system issue, retail transactions that were submitted using Market Information System (MIS) web service between 00:00 September 19, 2012 and 12:30 September 21, 2012 failed to process. The issue has been resolved. Transactions may be submitted using the MIS web service. Retail transactions submitted from 00:00 September 19, 2012 to 12:30 September 21, 2012 will need to be resubmitted unless already done so.
