The ERCOT MOTE will be open for DST testing

LONG DESCRIPTION:
The ERCOT Market Operations Test Environment (MOTE) will be available for Market Participant Daylight Saving Time (DST) testing for the two periods listed in the table below. Each testing period will be from Tuesday through Friday and will follow the simulated
times shown in the table. The MOTE will be unavailable on Monday of each testing week to allow ERCOT to prepare for the tests.

During testing, the URL for XML submissions will be:
https://testingapi.ercot.com/2007-08/Nodal/eEDS/EWS/. The URL for UI submissions will be:
https://testing.ercot.com/mmsui/mmsui/displayTradesLanding.action.
Submissions will be using the asterisk (*) on the repeating hour for DST. The following is an example of how the hourly intervals for November 4, 2012
are labeled:
