SHORT DESCRIPTION:  RARF Data Compliance

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Resource Entities

DAY AFFECTED:  November 1, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION:  As a reminder, the deadline for submission and validation of the completed RARF 5.1 is November 1, 2012. Resource Entities should be mindful that the duty to locate and provide the required information is the obligation of each Resource Entity.

Failure to have a fully validated RARF 5.1 by November 1, 2012, may result in additional corrective action, including, but not limited to, referral of the Resource Entity to the Texas Reliability Entity. 

ACTION REQUIRED:  For entities that are not capable of completing all of the data required by the November 1 deadline, ERCOT requires that you submit the attached compliance plan by November 1, 2012 to [log in to unmask], and with every subsequent RARF submittal (included in the service request) until full compliance is achieved.  If you have any questions about the applicability of RARF 5.1 to your Resource(s), please contact your ERCOT Account Manager.
