SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Additional implementation details for NPRR347, NPRR391, and NPRR400
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On November 9, 2012, ERCOT will implement the following Nodal Protocol Revision Requests (NPRRs):

*         NPRR347, Single Daily Settlement Invoice and Updates to Credit Calculations, including addition of a Minimum Collateral Exposure Component (formerly "Counter-Party Invoice and Single Daily Settlement Invoice")

*         NPRR391, Shortening RTM Settlement and Payment Timeline and Eliminate ACH as a Mode of Payment

*         NPRR 400, Eliminate Unsecured Credit for CRR Auctions and for Future Credit Exposure and Eliminate Netting of FCE with CCE.
XSDs, XSLs including the updated Late Fee Invoice XSL, sample Settlement Invoice files, and sample Late Fee Invoice files for NPRR347 can be found on the ERCOT website, under Services, at http://www.ercot.com/services/mdt/xsds/.
Draft Settlement Calendar CSV entries for the 2012 Settlement Invoice and the Late Fee Invoice can be found on the ERCOT website, under Key Documents, at http://www.ercot.com/mktinfo/settlements/. The draft Settlement Calendar CSV should be used to plan for the go-live transition. The settlement type entries in the SETTLEMENT_CALENDAR Extract for the new Settlement Invoice and Late Fee Invoice will be SETTLEMENT_INVOICE and LATE_FEE_INVOICE, respectively. These entries will be reflected in the updated production Settlement Calendar Extract, which will be posted to the Market Information System (MIS) on November 10, 2012.

In addition, NPRR347 removes the requirement to post NP16-670-SG, Aggregate Incremental Liability (AIL) Detail Report, Report Type ID 11178. That link has been removed from the MIS Services page, Credit Monitoring Reports portlet.
The following additions will be made to the Settlement Disputes application, located on the Applications landing page on the MIS under "ERCOT Applications". These additions will be available to Market Participants beginning on November 12, 2012.

*         New Market Type added:  DAM - RTM

*         New Invoice added under DAM - RTM Market Type:  DAM - RTM Invoice

*         New Dispute Subtype added under DAM - RTM Invoice:  DA/RT Invoice

*         Three new Charge Types added under the DA/RT Invoice Dispute Subtype:

*         Default Uplift Invoice

*         Late Fee Invoice

*         Settlement Invoice

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
