LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has settled Emergency Response Service (ERS) for the Contract Period of June 1 through September 30, 2012 and PILOT Contract Period July 15 through September 30, 2012. The affected
charge types will be included in a Final Settlement Statement as indicated by the table below:
