SHORT DESCRIPTION: UPDATE – Postponement of market-facing changes for December 2012 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED:  December 7, 2012

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to restoration of ERCOT systems, implementation of market-facing changes planned for December 3 – 6, 2012, is postponed until further notice. ERCOT is assessing a new release date and will communicate this date at least ten days prior to implementation. See the attached spreadsheet for the description of the changes impacted.

Additionally, the Nodal Protocol Revision Requests (NPRRs) and System Change Requests (SCRs) that were previously scheduled for an upcoming implementation will be postponed as well.
