SHORT DESCRIPTION:  UPDATE – Restoration of ERCOT systems and postings

 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

 

DAYS AFFECTED:  December 3, 2012, to current

 

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Real-Time Market (RTM) Consolidated Operating Day Extracts (CODE) and Market Operating Day Extracts (MODE) that were expected to post on December 3, 2012, have not been posted. ERCOT will continue to provide updates on these postings, as well as the expected postings for other dates that may be impacted.

Attached is the compiled list for the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) out of compliance postings, including a separate tab for CODE and MODE extracts. The attached list displays the actual and expected dates for the postings. ERCOT will continue to provide updates on the remaining postings as they are completed.

At this time, data replication into ERCOT’s archiving system continues to be outside of normal parameters. Due to the replication lag, data is not available for certain extracts or reports to be generated. These products are identified in the attached spreadsheet as “Not Yet Posted.” An updated list will continue to be provided as long as the posting issues persist. Additionally, ERCOT is working to analyze any loss of data impacts to the extracts and reports. Additional information will be provided as it is available.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Settlement Dispute due dates will need to be re-set as a result of the data necessary to shadow settle. ERCOT will post new dates and will provide details in a Market Notice when the necessary data has been posted.
