SHORT DESCRIPTION:  UPDATE – Ongoing unplanned outage of ERCOT systems

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  December 3, 2012, 01:08 CPT – current

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT continues to work to resolve the system outages that began at 01:08 CPT on December 3, 2012. The currently impacted systems include, but may not be limited to:

·         Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Application

·         ERCOT.com – manual postings

·         MarkeTrak

·         MIS – Create Settlement Dispute

·         MIS – Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC) application

·         MIS – Retail application components, including Find ESIID and Find Transaction

·         MIS – Service Request

·         Remedy – Help Desk ticket creation

·         Retail API

·         Retail Transaction processing

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  ERCOT will be holding a Retail Market Call at 16:30 Central Prevailing Time (CPT) today to discuss these outages. Details of the call will be provided in a separate Market Notice.
