SHORT DESCRIPTION: UPDATE – Restoration of ERCOT systems and postings

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Attached is an updated list of the out of compliance postings, which includes the actual and expected dates for each posting. Note that the expected date represents the date on which the posting should have occurred under normal processing. ERCOT will continue to provide updates on the remaining postings as they are completed.

Four extracts were posted on December 8 and 9, 2012, with incorrect data ranges. The incorrect postings have been removed, and ERCOT is currently working on posting corrections. See the table below for more details. These corrections are also noted in the attached list of postings.

As of Friday evening, December 7, 2012, all missed Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Real-Time Market (RTM) Market Operating Day Extract (MODE) and Consolidated Operating Day Extract (CODE) postings have been completed. All subsequent MODEs and CODEs will post per the usual schedule.

Settlement Dispute due dates will need to be re-set as a result of the data necessary for shadow Settlements. ERCOT expects to have new dates posted this afternoon. Further details will be provided after the dates are finalized.
