LONG DESCRIPTION:  Attached is an updated list of the out-of-compliance postings, which includes the actual and expected dates for each posting. Note that the expected date represents the date on which the posting should have occurred under normal processing.  ERCOT will continue to provide updates on the remaining postings as they are completed.

The  “ESIID Service History & Usage Extract” for December 8 and 9 have been reposted.  See the table below for more details. These corrections are also noted in the attached list of postings.

As of Friday evening, December 7, 2012, all missed Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and Real-Time Market (RTM) Market Operating Day Extract (MODE) and Consolidated Operating Day Extract (CODE) postings have been completed. All subsequent MODEs and CODEs will post per the usual schedule.
