LONG DESCRIPTION: The ERCOT system outages commencing on December 3, 2012, limited certain inputs to the calculation of Counter-Party Total Potential Exposure (TPE) and Available Credit Limit (ACL). As of December 5, 2012, all calculation inputs have been restored.
