LONG DESCRIPTION: During the planned release on
February 14, 2013, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 464, SASM Procurement Reporting, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on September 18, 2012.
NPRR464 requires ERCOT to notify Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) whose Ancillary Service capacity was deemed undeliverable, or who failed to provide their
required Ancillary Service capacity, and to provide details of the Ancillary Services procured on their behalf during a Supplemental Ancillary Services Market (SASM).
NPRR464 adds one new certified report that will be posted on the Market Information System (MIS) on the Markets – Real-Time Markets landing page, in the QSE Real-Time
Market portlet. Further information on the new report is provided in the table below.
