SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details of NPRR377

LONG DESCRIPTION:

On Operating Day February 14, 2013, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 377, Alternate Inputs to Base Point Deviation Charge, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on December 12, 2011. NPRR377 will result in multiple settlement changes with a planned production migration date of February 14, 2013. These changes will take effect on that same Operating Day.

Settlement impacts include the addition of new bill determinants in the Base Point Deviation Charge.

1. New bill determinant indicating a Resource has over generated (OGEN)
