SHORT DESCRIPTION: Retail transaction processing has been restored

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  Friday, January 4, 2013 from approximately 14:10 to approximately 16:10

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an issue that impacted Retail Transaction processing from 14:10 to 16:20 on Friday, January 4, 2013.

ERCOT was able to receive inbound transactions, but was not processing outbound transactions.

Retail transaction processing resumed at 16:10, Friday, January 4, 2013.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Details will be provided on the monthly IT Incident Summary Report.
