SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Notification of Miscellaneous Invoice for Dispute of June 2012 CARD Final

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSE Settlement Personnel

DAY AFFECTED:  January 29, 2013

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to a granted dispute for the June 2012 CRR Auction Revenue Distribution (CARD) Final, ERCOT has issued Miscellaneous Invoices to redistribute the CRR Auction Revenue Distribution amounts using new Monthly Load Ratio Shares (MLRS). ERCOT calculated each QSE’s MLRS for Peak Interval by Competitive Load Zone (MLRSZ) using the True-up Load for the month of June 2012.  ERCOT has issued Miscellaneous Invoices that contain the billable amounts associated with this dispute resolution.

Payments will be due to ERCOT on February 5, 2013.

Payouts will be made to Invoice Recipients on February 6, 2013.
