SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Clarification - Implementation of market-facing changes for February 2013 

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED:  February 11-13, 2013

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT inadvertently included additional systems (Retail transaction processing, MarkeTrak, Retail components of the MIS and the Retail API) in the February 8, 2013 follow up to the January 21, 2013 notice - M-A012113-01 Release – Retail/Wholesale (please see attached notice).

The migration does not include any functional changes to market participant’s utilization of the additional systems; nor will there be associated outages for these systems during this timeframe.

We apologize for the error and any confusion that may have resulted.
