LONG DESCRIPTION:  A Dispute has been granted pursuant to section 6.6.5.3(3) of the ERCOT Nodal Protocols, Real-Time Payment for a Block Load Transfer Point.  The granted Dispute is for Operating Month December 2012 and will be reflected in the Real Time Miscellaneous Amount (RTMISCAMT) bill determinant for the amount of ($968.47).
