SHORT DESCRIPTION: Missed report postings on MIS – out of compliance notification and dashboard issue

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an application failure Sunday morning, April 28, 2013, between the hours 00:01 and 04:10 which resulted in incomplete postings of the Load Forecast reports and dashboards. The dashboard data is not available and therefore, the displays will not be updated.

The following reports failed to post for the intervals listed below due to the application failure. These reports do not have retry functionality; therefore the missed intervals will not be rerun or reposted to the Market Information System (MIS).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: As a result of the production migration which occurred April 22 through 25, 2013 (M-C032113-01), the Forecasted and Actual Wind Power Production: Day-Ahead 1430 values in the dashboard on ERCOT.com and Market Information Systems (MIS) are off by one hour. This issue will be corrected in an off-cycle Dashboard release this week.
