SHORT DESCRIPTION:  NDCRC Down for maintenance

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  QSEs with Resources and Resource Entities

DAY AFFECTED:  April 9-10, 2013

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Net Dependable Capability, Reactive Capability (NDCRC) application is being shut down immediately for maintenance.  ERCOT discovered an issue with the application that requires immediate repair.  The NDCRC application will be restored as soon as possible, with the current estimate being the afternoon of April 10, 2013.  ERCOT will send a follow-up notice when the application is restored to service.
