NOTICE DATE: May 15, 2013 NOTICE TYPE: M-D051513-01 CRR SHORT DESCRIPTION: CRR Network Model updates related to NPRR530 INTENDED AUDIENCE: CRR Account Holders DAY AFFECTED: May 15, 2013 LONG DESCRIPTION: On June 1, 2013, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 530, Transfers of Specific NOIEs Within a NOIE Load Zone to a Competitive Load Zone, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on May 14, 2013. As a result of NPRR530, seven Non-Opt-In Entities (NOIEs) will be moving from the Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) Load Zone to the South Load Zone effective January 8, 2014. On May 15, 2013, ERCOT posted updated (Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Network Models for the following two CRR auctions to reflect these Load Zone changes. * 2014.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq2 * 2014.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq3 Subsequent models for the CRR Long-Term Auction Sequences, as well as for the CRR Monthly Auctions from January 2014 forward, will also reflect the Load Zone changes. The 2014 and 2015 Pre-Assigned CRRs (PCRRs) for the seven NOIEs will not change Load Zones.
