LONG DESCRIPTION:   A Dispute has been granted pursuant to Protocols Section 6.6.3.5(3), Real-Time Payment for a Block Load Transfer Point.  The granted Dispute is for the month of March 2013 and will be reflected in the Real Time Miscellaneous Amount (RTMISCAMT) bill determinant for the amount of ($439.85).
