SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details for NOGRR101, Market Transparency for DC Tie Outage Information

LONG DESCRIPTION: On October 7, 2013, ERCOT will implement Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) 101, Market Transparency for DC Tie Outage Information, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on March 19, 2013.

NOGRR101 requires ERCOT to post a report on the Market Information System (MIS) Public Area, containing the Direct Current Tie (DC Tie) name, start date/time, and end date/time for Forced Outages and Derates. The migration to production is pending completion of testing. A Market Notice will be provided if the date changes.

A new report will be posted on the MIS Public Area on the Grid - Generation landing page, in the Public Generation Information portlet. Further information on the new report is provided in the table below.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Pursuant to Nodal Operating Guide Section 1.3.6, Nodal Operating Guide Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
