SHORT DESCRIPTION:  The ERCOT MarkeTrak API began experiencing issues at approximately 3:40 pm.

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  LSEs and TDSPs                     

DAY AFFECTED:  October 15, 2013

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The ERCOT MarkeTrak API began experiencing issues at approximately 3:40 pm.

As of 4:15 pm, the API is processing requests normally.
