SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details for NPRR492, Addition of System Lambda Information

LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 11, 2013, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 492, Addition of System Lambda Information, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on March 19, 2013.

NPRR492 defines System Lambda within the Protocols and requires ERCOT to post the Day Ahead Market (DAM) System Lambda and the Security Constrained Economic Dispatch (SCED) System Lambda.

This NPRR adds two new public reports that will be posted on the Market Information System (MIS) and on ERCOT.com. Further information on the new reports is provided in the details below.
