NOTICE DATE: November 27, 2013 NOTICE TYPE: M-A112713-01 NPRR SHORT DESCRIPTION: Implementation details for NPRR476, Market Submitted Energy Offer Curves Disclosures INTENDED AUDIENCE: ERCOT Market Participants DAY AFFECTED: December 10, 2013 LONG DESCRIPTION: On December 10, 2013, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 476, Market Submitted Energy Offer Curves Disclosures, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on December 11, 2012. NPRR476 provides for the addition of as submitted and extended Energy Offer Curves to the existing 60-Day SCED Disclosure Report; and as submitted and as mitigated and extended Energy Offer Curves to the 7-Day Event Trigger Posting when the Locational Marginal Price (LMP) exceeds 50 times the Fuel Index Price (FIP) Report. This NPRR affects the following reports: * NP3-965-ER, 60-day Generation Resource data in SCED has column name changes and additions Rename column header "QSE Submitted Curve" to "SCED2_Curve". Added Resource's Energy Offer Curve a) as submitted, and b) as submitted and extended with proxy Energy Offer Curve logic by ERCOT to fit to the operational HSL and LSL values that are available for dispatch by SCED * NP3-965-ER, 60-day Inc/Dec Offer Curves in SCED report is retired * NP3-908, 48-Hour DAM and SCED Energy Curves - [0, LSL] portion of proxy offer curves included in the aggregated offer curve for the following reports: 48-hour Aggregate Supply Curves for Non-Wind Resources 48-hour Aggregate Supply Curves for Wind Resources 48-hour Aggregate Supply Curves for Non-Wind Resources by Disclosure Areas 48-hour Aggregate Supply Curves for Wind Resources by Disclosure Areas * NP3-987, 7-day Event Trigger when LMP Exceeds 50XFIP, Report column name changes and additions Rename Column header "QSE Submitted curve" to "SCED2_Curve". Added a) as submitted Energy Offer Curves, and b) as mitigated and extended Energy Offer Curves that is at or above 50 times the FIP for each 15 minute Settlement Interval seven days after the applicable Operating Day.
