SHORT DESCRIPTION: Settlement for Emergency Response Service (ERS), Pilot 30-minute ERS and Pilot weather sensitive ERS for the Contract Period of June 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013 will be included on the Final Settlement Statement for the Operating Day of October 19, 2013.

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has settled Emergency Response Service (ERS), Pilot 30-minute ERS and Pilot weather sensitive ERS for the Contract Periods of June 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013. The affected charge types will be included on the Final Settlement Statement for the Operating Day of October 19, 2013.  ERCOT will publish Final Settlement Statements and Invoices for this Operating Day on December 16, 2013.

 

The ERS payments for the June 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013 Contract Period are as follows:

Pursuant to Protocols Section 6.6.11.2(1), “For the first settlement of the ERS Contract Period as described in paragraph (1) of Section 9.14.5, Settlement of Emergency Response Service, LRS will be calculated using the latest Settlement Load for each Operating Day in the ERS Contract Period.”

Pursuant to Protocols Section 9.14.5(1), “All disputes for the Settlement of the ERS Contract Period are due ten Business Days after the date that the ERS settlement was posted. ERCOT shall resolve any approved disputes upon resettlement of the ERS Contract Period, as described in Section 9.14.5(2).”
