The same issues affect data that is provided via Market Data Transparency Web Services. Data created or posted into ERCOT’s system after December 16, 2013 will not be included in the data request output files until the technical issues
are resolved.
ERCOT staff is working with the vendor to investigate the software issue that has caused a significant decrease in performance, impacting extracts and potentially Market Data Transparency Web Services. Further details will be provided
as they become available.
