Data created or posted into ERCOT’s system after December 16, 2013 will not be included in the data request output files until the technical issues are resolved. ERCOT staff continues to work through the software issue with the replication of data from its financial settlement system into its data warehouse in which replication of a small set of market data has caused a significant decrease in performance resulting in delayed publication of extracts and potentially impacting Market Data Transparency Web Services. ERCOT continues to work with its vendor to investigate the reason for the delayed processing of the data in question by its replication system. Once the replication system completes processing of the data set, ERCOT expects the backlog to decrease and publication of extracts to resume at normal levels. Further details will be provided as they become available. Delays in publication of the above data extracts impact Market Participants reconciling retail market transactions as well as loading of reference tables and settlement input data into shadow settlement systems needed to validate Settlement Statements in a timely manner. Note that the Commercial Operating Day Extract (CODE) and Market Operating Day Extract (MODE) containing approved settlement input data used in publication of settlement statements are anticipated to post timely. ERCOT requests Market Participants experiencing issues related to the delayed posting of the data extracts above including difficulties in meeting settlement dispute deadlines for Real Time Market Initial Settlement Statements to contact their ERCOT Account Manager or ERCOT Client Services.
