LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has implemented settlement changes for Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 553, Monthly BLT Payment and Charge for Presidio Exception, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on November 19, 2013 with an effective date of December 1, 2013.  ERCOT has discontinued using the bill determinant RTMISCAMT for the settlement of the monthly Presidio cost and began using the methodology specified in Protocol section 6.6.3.5(3) effective with the Settlement Statements that posted on December 10th, 2013.
Settlement impacts include addition of new bill determinants.
ACTION REQUIRED:  Implement changes to shadow settlement systems in compliance with NPRR553.
