SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details for NPRR522

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  February 1, 2014

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On February 1, 2014, ERCOT will unbox language in paragraph (3)(a) of Section 3.14.3.3.  The grey-boxed language from NPRR522, Adjustment of Demand Response Performance for Distribution Losses, became effective on October 1, 2013; however, the associated Protocol language was not unboxed.  NPRR522 adjusts the metered Load of Demand response Resources for Distribution Losses and was approved by the ERCOT Board on July 16, 2013.  The relevant Protocol language will be unboxed in prior versions of the Protocols beginning October 1, 2013 through the current Protocols.
