SHORT DESCRIPTION: Reminder - Implementation details for NPRR240,
Proxy Energy Offer Curve

DAY AFFECTED: February 5, 2014
LONG DESCRIPTION: On February 4, 2014, ERCOT will implement Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 240,
Proxy Energy Offer Curve,
which was approved by the ERCOT Board on September 21, 2010.
NPRR240 states that the Entity with decision making authority over how a Resource or Split Generation Resource is offered or scheduled shall be responsible for all offers associated with each Resource, including offers represented by a
proxy Energy Offer Curve.
The two reports below are being modified, with the addition of a new column, ‘Proxy Extension’, as the last column in each report representing whether Energy Offer Curves were constructed in whole or in part with proxy Energy Offer Curves.
