SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Changes to Implementation of market-facing changes for February 2014  

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED:  February 6-7 and February 10-11, 2014

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Due to extreme cold weather conditions on February 6 and 7, 2014, the planned  changes to the Market Management System (MMS) are being delayed until February 10, 2014.  This delay will subsequently postpone the changes to Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability Systems (NDCRC), Current Day Reports (CDRs) and Market Information System (MIS) to February 11, 2014.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  ERCOT may experience intermittent service interruptions during the implementation period. The systems include, but are not limited to:

o   During this outage, please use https://mis.ercot.com/osrui/osrui/Summary.action to directly access the Outage Scheduler

o   During this outage, please use https://mis.ercot.com/mmsui/mmsui/displayTradesLanding.action to directly access the Market Manager

o   Report publishing to the MIS

o   Current Day Reports (CDRs) without retry functionality may not be rerun for the missed postings during the outage

o   MIS and ERCOT.com dashboards and search functionality
