LONG DESCRIPTION:  The Stanton Special Protection System (SPS) has been modified to accommodate the insertion of the Buffalo substation between the Stanton East and Midland East substations. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Further details regarding the Stanton SPS can be found in the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) under Special Protection Systems and Remedial Action Plans. A Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
