SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update to the CRR Network Model for the May 2014 Monthly Auction

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has posted an updated Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Network Model for the May 2014 Monthly Auction to reflect the below changes.

The Non-Thermal Constraints file was updated to lower the Valley import limit (VALIMP) from 924 MW to 774 MW to reflect operational limits and practices.

The Monitored Lines and Transformers file was updated to revert back from Emergency Rating = 9999 MW to Emergency Rating = 750 MW or 758 MW for facilities protected by the Collin Switch SPS. This SPS will be temporarily disabled
on March 28, 2014, due to project-related construction (further details were provided in the operations Market Notice M-A031814-01, sent on March 18, 2014).
The updated model for the May 2014 Monthly Auction is available through the CRR application and on the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.
