LONG DESCRIPTION: On April 1, 2014,
ERCOT will implement Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) 121,
ERCOT Operator Certification Program and ERCOT Fundamentals Manual, which was approved by the ERCOT Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on December 3, 2013. Section 1.5.6
will be updated.
The revised language recognizes the transition of responsibility for administration of the ERCOT operator certification exam from Texas Reliability Entity, Inc. to ERCOT effective April 1, 2014, and recognizes ERCOT’s responsibility to
maintain and administer the ERCOT operator certification program following the transition.
