LONG DESCRIPTION:  The ability to submit service requests and settlement disputes has been restored.  Attachments with a size up to 120 MB have been tested.  Attachments larger than 120 MB are still being verified.
On Friday March 14, 2014, between 4:15 PM and 5:15 PM, Find ESI ID and Find Transaction in the Market Information System (MIS) were unavailable, and the MarkeTrak API and GUI were intermittent.  This issue has been resolved.

ERCOT recognizes that there have been reports of sporadic performance issues.  ERCOT continues to fine tune its systems working with Market Participants as issues are reported to the help desk.  ERCOT also acknowledges that issues have been reported regarding the Find ESI ID and Find Transactions functionality on the Market Information system. These issues have now been resolved.
ERCOT has arranged a conference call to provide updates on these issues and allow Market Participants to continue to discuss retail transaction processing among themselves.  The conference call is scheduled for 4:30 PM this afternoon.

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has completed the transition of the impacted systems and affected services to the alternate data center and expects Retail Transaction Processing to be operational this afternoon.

Market Management System (MMS), Energy Management System (EMS), Outage Scheduler (OS), ERCOT.com and the Market Information System (MIS) are functioning and accessible.
AMS meter data and LSE file processing:
ERCOT systems currently have over 99.9% of the AMS Meter Data loaded for the next two initial settlement runs.  Data aggregation will run for Operating Day March 7, 2014 tonight (March 12, 2014) and for Operating Day March 8, 2014 tomorrow night (March 13, 2014).
The ERCOT data loading process for AMS meter data LSE files is self-regulating and has a two-step process. In the first step, files are loaded from the NAESB servers to Lodestar.  This logic is threaded by TDSP and DOES NOT look at time or date loaded. The process continually looks for files and moves the files to Lodestar.  Upon restoration of ERCOT Systems, if a TDSP desires to have older data loaded into ERCOT systems first, the AMS Meter LSE file submittals should be staggered by 30 minutes to allow for processing time between the files (i.e. submit data for operating date March 9, 2014, then wait 30 minutes before submitting data for operating day March 10, 2014 and so on).   In the second step, Lodestar loads files in the order they are received from NAESB.
ACTION REQUIRED:  When ERCOT resumes processing through the alternate data center, ERCOT will change the public IP addresses of some market facing services.  This change could impact market participants' ability to access those services, or receive responses from them.
NOTE: All Market Participants that transmit files via NAESB must ensure their systems can send and receive transactions from the new IP addresses.
