LONG DESCRIPTION:  Service request and settlement dispute functionality have been restored.

Market Participants that may have missed settlement dispute deadlines as a result of the outage are urged to contact their Account Manager for assistance.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update - Unplanned Outage of some ERCOT systems

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAYS AFFECTED:  March 11-14, 2014

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The ability to submit service requests and settlement disputes has been restored.  Attachments with a size up to 120 MB have been tested.  Attachments larger than 120 MB are still being verified.

On Friday March 14, 2014, between 4:15 PM and 5:15 PM, Find ESI ID and Find Transaction in the Market Information System (MIS) were unavailable, and the MarkeTrak API and GUI were intermittent.  This issue has been resolved.

Market Participants are encouraged to contact the ERCOT Help Desk at (512) 248-6800 for any performance issues that they experience.
