LONG DESCRIPTION: From the initiation of the scheduled maintenance performed Sunday, March 23, 2014 through 11:30 am Thursday, March 27, 2014, ERCOT was unable to accept or process retail transactions created
via the Market Information System (MIS). Root cause has been determined to be a configuration issue.
Market Participants that attempted to submit transactions through MIS during this timeframe are encouraged to review their ESI ID data and determine if resubmissions are
necessary.
