SHORT DESCRIPTION: Settlement for Emergency Response Service (ERS), Pilot 30-minute ERS and Pilot weather sensitive ERS for the Contract Period of June 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013 will be included on the True-up Settlement Statement for the Operating Day of October 19, 2013.

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has settled Emergency Response Service (ERS), Pilot 30-minute ERS and Pilot weather sensitive ERS for the Contract Periods of June 1, 2013 through September 30, 2013. The affected charge types will be included on the True-up Settlement Statement for the Operating Day of October 19, 2013.  ERCOT will publish True-up Settlement Statements and Invoices for this Operating Day on April 17, 2014.

(2) of Section 9.5.8, RTM True-Up Statement."

ERCOT shall resolve any approved disputes upon resettlement of the ERS Contract Period, as described in Section 9.14.5(2)."
