SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation Details of Other Binding Document, Setting the Shadow Price Caps and Power Balance Penalties in Security Constrained Economic Dispatch

DAY AFFECTED:  June 1, 2014

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On June 1, 2014, ERCOT will implement Section 4.3, The ERCOT Power Balance Penalty Curve, of the Other Binding Document, Setting the Shadow Price Caps and Power Balance Penalties in Security Constrained Economic Dispatch.  This change was approved by the ERCOT Board on April 8, 2014.
