SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Confirmation of communications related to NERC PRC-023-2 R6

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  NERC-registered Transmission Owners, Generator Owners and Distribution Providers

DAY AFFECTED:  May 29, 2014

LONG DESCRIPTION:  As required by North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Protection and Control Standard PRC-023-2, Requirement R6, ERCOT, as the Planning Coordinator, has identified the circuits in its Planning Coordinator area for which NERC-registered Transmission Owners, Generator Owners, and Distribution Providers must comply with Requirements R1 through R5 of the referenced NERC Standard.  The list of affected circuits is provided as an attachment with this Market Notice.

ACTION REQUIRED:  Each NERC-registered Transmission Owner, Generator Owner, or Distribution Provider should review the attached list of circuits to determine whether it must comply with Requirements R1 through R5 of NERC Standard PRC-023-2.
