SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation Details of Other Binding Document, Non-Spinning Reserve Service Deployment and Recall Procedure, related to NPRR555

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  June 1, 2014

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On June 1, 2014, ERCOT will implement grey-boxed language related to NPRR555, Load Resource Participation in Security-Constrained Economic Dispatch, in the Other Binding Document, Non-Spinning Reserve Service Deployment and Recall Procedure.  This change was approved by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on November 7, 2013 and is a part of the implementation of NPRR555.
